We currently do not accept exchanges for reasons such as inappropriate size, wrong color, etc. Please confirm your size before placing an order. If you are not sure how to choose the right size, you can contact us.
Chinese sizes are smaller than US sizes, which is especially difficult for first-time buyers. If you are unsure, we strongly recommend that you choose one or two sizes larger.
Our suggestion is to measure according to your body size. Refer to the body size of the size chart. Please add 3-4 cm to your body measurement for the best fit.
For cheongsam, we recommend adding 2-3 cm to your body measurement for a comfortable fit, or more than 3-5 cm for a looser fit.
When choosing a size, please first consider the widest part of your body (bust or hips).
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges without reason. As most items are customized and the return period is shortened, returned packages cannot be returned to our brand or used for future stock.

We hope that you can take a full video of the item from packaging to unpacking to prove that it is not man-made damage. This will speed up the processing.
